Hi everyone,
We're having beautiful weather here in the Midwest. My flowers are going crazy (I love flowers). Here's a pic of a flower cart my eldest son made for me so I could fill it up! It sits on my patio and I love just sitting out there with a book and looking at it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

When something damages your cells, your
body releases chemicals that trigger a response from your immune system.

There are a few ingredients you might not be familiar with, but I promise, most large grocery stores with a "Health Food" section carry them. Otherwise any Natural Food Store carries these products. I love this smoothie and I think you will too. The Smoothie is a great way to fight inflammation anywhere in your body. I get most of my products from a local health food store or Amazon.

Ingredients
1 cup organic coconut or almond milk
1 to 2 tablespoons hemp seed protein
1/2 to 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
2 tablespoons freshly ground flaxseed
1 tablespoons turmeric
1 tablespoons boswellia powder (Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/s?k=bowelia+powder&i=hpc&ref=nb_sb_noss)
1 tablespoons cinnamon
1 raw date
Pinch of black pepper
1/4 tsp. probiotic powder (Amazon: https://tinyurl.com/y894jpyu)
