This post should be of great interest to everyone, but especially writers. We all know about deadlines, stress, pressure and long days in the writing cave. Sometimes we just want to grab something quick to eat (whether healthy or not) to quell the hunger pangs, but that's one of the worst things we can do. A little pre-planning with items from the list below will keep you healthier, give your more energy and hopefully help you cross that finish line on your latest WIP.
